How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes can be entered into the "Coupon Code" box, listed in the shopping cart . Just enter in your code and click APPLY.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, a conformation email will be sent to the email address that was given with the order (please use an active email address). The email will include a link to track your package at USPS. If you didn't receive an email to your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folder as it may have gotten filtered to there. If still no email, no worries, just reach out to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org State your name, order number and reason for emailing, and someone will get back with you with the tracking information.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 1 week after we receive your return for a refund to be issued. You will receive a conformation email stating that the refund has been issued. It may take 2-3 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
How long will it take to process my exchange?
Please allow 1 week after we receive your return for exchanges to be made. Once we have exchanged your items and shipped them, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information.
Can I return or exchange an International Order?
Yes! If you’re willing to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to our warehouse, we will refund your product amount (for a return) or exchange your item(s). We can’t refund shipping, taxes, or duty collected by your government.
