  • Do you ship to my country?
    Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE!

  • How do I use a discount code?
    Discount codes can be entered into the "Coupon Code" box, listed in the shopping cart . Just enter in your code and click APPLY. 

  • How do I track my order?
    Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, a conformation email will be sent to the email address that was given with the order (please use an active email address). The email will include a link to track your package at USPS. If you didn't receive an email to your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folder as it may have gotten filtered to there. If still no email, no worries, just reach out to our customer service team at  support@philheathlabs.com State your name, order number and reason for emailing, and someone will get back with you with the tracking information.

  • How long will it take to process my return?
    Please allow 1 week after we receive your return for a refund to be issued. You will receive a conformation email stating that the refund has been issued. It may take 2-3 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • How long will it take to process my exchange?
    Please allow 1 week after we receive your return for exchanges to be made. Once we have exchanged your items and shipped them, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information.

  • Can I return or exchange an International Order?
    Yes! If you’re willing to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to our warehouse, we will refund your product amount (for a return) or exchange your item(s). We can’t refund shipping, taxes, or duty collected by your government.
